Bd ba (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between bd ba and its members. By accessing bd ba's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Bd ba's Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the regulations of international gaming licensing authorities. The platform operates solely for entertainment purposes and does not support any unlawful activity.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, bd ba's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy applicable. Together, these three documents form the complete legal basis of your relationship with BD BA.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with BD BA:

• The registrant must be at least 18 years must be met.
• The name, address, phone number, and email you provide at registration must be accurate and your own.
• Each individual may only one account can be opened. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• During registration, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• BD BA reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Once your registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Click the link in that email to activate your account. Please note that some features may be restricted until verification is completed.

Members are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. We strongly recommend not sharing your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact bd ba Support immediately.

All financial transactions on BD BA are governed by the following rules under our Terms & Conditions:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (Bangladeshi Taka).
• Maximum deposit limits depend on your account tier and verification level.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Every withdrawal request is processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳10,000) may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If money laundering or suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotions under BD BA's Terms & Conditions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Check the relevant bonus terms page for the exact figure.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games count toward bonus wagering. Each bonus includes a list of eligible games.
• Multiple Bonuses at the Same Time: Multiple bonuses cannot generally be active at the same time. Any exceptions will be stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

All games on the bd ba platform are tested by accredited third-party auditors and Random Number Generator (RNG) Certified. This means every game outcome is entirely random and impartial — no one can predict it in advance, and no party can control the result.

• Odds in Sports Betting are updated in real time, and no new bets are accepted once the market is closed.
• If a technical issue or error is detected in any game, bd ba reserves the right to void that round and refund the member's stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under BD BA's Terms & Conditions and are subject to disciplinary action:

• Fraud & Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through secret coordination with other players.
• Use of Bots & Automation Software: Using software or scripts to play games in place of a human player.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after making a deposit.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Assisting Minors to Register: Helping anyone under 18 access or use BD BA.

BD BA may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining real-money balance will be available for withdrawal upon request, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.

For inactive accounts, bd ba may charge a monthly maintenance fee. Members will be notified in advance by email.

• Member data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Personal information is never shared with any third party unless required by law.
• Bd ba complies with GDPR and international data protection standards.
• Members may request to update, correct, or delete their personal information at any time.

BD BA believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. That's why we provide the following safeguards for our members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Set a time limit for how long you play in a single session.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic break reminders during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for any period between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break from gaming at any time.

If you have a complaint regarding any BD BA decision or service, it will be addressed through the following steps:

1. Step One: Submit your complaint directly via support chat or email. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If the issue is not resolved in the first step, please fill out the formal complaint form. bd ba will provide a written response within 72 hours.
3. Step Three: If both parties are not satisfied, the matter may be referred to BD BA's licensing authority for independent arbitration.

Withdrawals from the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during dispute resolution. Once the investigation is complete, a fair decision will be made and both parties will be notified. BD BA's decision shall be considered final.

Bd ba reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. At least 7 days ago Members will be notified via email or an in-platform notice.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may request account closure and withdraw any remaining balance.
